My bio
My name is Delton de Armas. I serve as the senior leader of both Inspiring Churches and Qavah Ministries. Over the years, I have worked in leadership with companies as large as 4,000 employees and as small as, well, just me! Most recently, I have been offering coaching and back office support primarily for nonprofits, small businesses, and churches. Pastors hold a special place in my heart! My story has been featured in the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, and the Huffington Post, but not for the reasons I once dreamed about. Yet, God has allowed me to embrace the suck and use my story of redemption to inspire others, reminding them that God is still good, even when our circumstances are not. My story is not mine alone, but my wife, and our daughter and two sons, have all walked beside me through it all.

I speak on a wide variety of topics to diverse age groups and audiences. From preaching on the main stage at a church service to leading small groups of young people to teaching professionals in a workshop, I can adapt to your setting. My story has countless applications, from facing and overcoming fear to learning and expressing gratitude. I can also speak or instruct about technical topics in a range of industries for inspiration or professional development. I have personal experience in both business and ministry, allowing me to relate on various levels in unexpected ways.
